We buy all of our electronics at Best Buy. I have purchased 4 laptops. The lack of knowledge by a geek squad representative about replacement batteries and the attitude of other employers when talking about trading them in was super frustrating! I would not recommend them, and it will definitely make me rethink future purchases from Best Buy.

For many years I lived in El Paso. We did business with Best Buy as they frequently had the best prices for both computers and printers. We tolerated the chronic sub standard service as we were saving money. Flash forward to our move to Midland and shopping at the Midland Best Buy. . We were greeted by George. He told us where we could find what we were seeking. Walking to the rear of the store; it was like a dream. Are we really in a Best Buy? At the rear of the store we met Ben. He showed us which aisle the product we needed was and showed us our options. I've been shopping at Best Buy for over 20 years. Our service today was in a word "superb". If you have been avoiding Best Buy as a result of prior sub standard customer service; you owe it to yourself to check out the Midland Best Buy.

I visited the Best Buy store in Midland, Texas today and had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer since Best Buy opened its doors. Over the years, I have purchased numerous appliances, electronics, and other products from Best Buy. I have consistently purchased Geek Squad Protection plans and have maintained a paid membership because I believed in the value of the company and its commitment to customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Store Manager Joshua Willis was completely unacceptable. When I approached him for assistance, he showed no interest in helping resolve my issue. Rather than attempting to find a solution or even listening to my concerns, he simply stated there was nothing he could do and walked away. His attitude came across as dismissive, uncaring, and unprofessional. What was even more concerning was that when I requested the contact information for his district manager, including a name, phone number, or email address, he refused to provide it. As a long-time customer, I found this behavior extremely disappointing. Customer service should be about listening, showing

I was in a few weeks ago looking for a new sound system for my living room. My blood sugar started getting low and I lost my balance, I think I almost passed out. A woman with red and bright pink hair was passing by with a ton of boxes but noticed something was wrong. She immediately stopped what she was doing to ask if I was ok. I told her what was wrong and she ran to the back and came back with a granola bar from her lunch. God bless her, I’ve never had a store employee show so much kindness. She made sure I was ok and then proceeded to help me pick out a great bose system. I finally got it all set up and it’s exactly what I was needing! So thank you to her, I wish I could remember her name, I think it was a boy name, just lovely.

We went in recently to purchase a new security system. A young sales associate named BELLA came up to us to ask if we needed help. She went over the system we were interested in. She answered all our questions, was polite, she was interested in us being her customer in that moment. This was the very best experience we ever had at Best Buy ever. I hope the store knows they have a jewel in her. She made our day!!!
